If you are having trouble navigating my services on Schedulicity, you are not alone. When you are on the SERVICES page you may see a strange symbol of a black triangle with an exclamation point in the middle. When you click on that service, a message comes up which reads: “This service is temporarily unavailable. Please call to schedule.” Well this is the confusing part because actually that symbol means there are NO appointments available. But you actually DON’T need to call to schedule because obviously there are NO appointments to schedule. Unfortunately I am not able to change that particular text and I’ve sent them several inquiries about this but to no avail.

So basically, if you see this symbol it means I’m all booked up. So need to call or email, but rather check back often as I open up the schedule on a per-week basis for open spaces created by cancellations or reschedules.
