Coming from Peace St. (headed downtown just after crossing Blount St.) turn left at the famous and delicious Krispy Kreme, and we are in a little group of shops just past The Station Bar and Marsh Woodwinds on the left - look for the black awning!

Designated parking is directly in front of the shop (there will be signage), but there is also plenty of off-street parking, though after five and Saturdays you can park anywhere out front as the other shops are closed and are happy to share. Also, word on the street is that you can park in the newer shops on Franklin (Yellow Dog,etc.) as you’re never there for very long and towing is not enforced. Note: Please allow additional time for lunch and dinner rush with the surrounding restaurants. Also, for the comfort of all clients please do not bring your boyfriends, friends who are boys, husbands, or children into the Shop. Thank you!

 Scheduling – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY- no phone calls or emails, please.

Scheduling/booking is done online only (we do not have a receptionist and are with clients throughout the day), and you can find that link below and at the top right of any page, as well as on our Facebook page. After registering, you will get a confirmation (make sure you receive this) right after you book the appointment as well as a reminder two days before your appointment. And if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule you may use that link to do so, except for same-day appointments.

  • No Show Policy: No-Show Policy: By booking this service, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value of the service should you miss your appointment without notification.  After two no-shows you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

  • Cancellation Policy: For canceling and rescheduling please do so online except for same-day appointments. For these, please email or call the shop and leave a message. We will cancel the appointment for you but please make a new appointment online at your convenience. And while we completely understand that life happens, the technician’s income is based on your appointment, therefore after multiple last-minute cancellations you will be charged for the last appointment  and unable to schedule future appointments. Note: Multiple and consecutive reschedules are considered the same as same-day cancellations and the same policies will apply.

  • We do not have a waitlist, as it is very difficult to keep up with as we are with clients all day, and there is no receptionist, so if there is nothing available online please keep checking back as the system automatically updates for cancellations/reschedules.

  • Your credit card is used to HOLD the appointment, not charge you. Payment will still be expected at time of service.
