Happy happy! I hope everyone is loving the much anticipated warmer weather, blossoming blooms, and playtime porches and patios. Yay for spring!
Speaking of change…it’s that time again to do what myself and most local business owners dread: a price increase. Many businesses increase prices every year and so far (for four years) we’ve been able to weather market storms, but now it’s catching up with us. As both the cost of living increases (with it the lowered ability to maintain local business costs – it’s tough competing with the large chains!), and industry standards and expertise increases – so must our service prices. So…beginning June 1st, prices will increase by $4.
But Molly, what am I getting in return??
Well…
Here are some things to to remember about the value of what you are getting from myself and Arianna:
*Specialized hair removal and targeted skincare - it’s all we do! And we’ve been doing this for eight years, so we’ve gotten pretty darn good at it! Our value is in our level of expertise and commitment to client care. You don’t get too much of that from the cheaper big chains. And while this may not always ring true with some things (like cheap box wine, some of which are fantastic!), with health, particularly skincare and customer service, you really do get what you pay for.
*We don’t nitpick every single add-on. For example, we will happily remove your random tummy hair if you’re getting some type of bikini wax. We’ll also get that pesky inner-thigh hair for you. Or the tops of your feet for a leg wax. We’ll get that, too! Most places charge extra for these. And truly, you can’t beat the degree of detail we go through to get you the highest level of OCD- hair removal;)
*We are a one-of-a-kind women-only waxing studio! We want all of our clients to feel as comfortable and secure during what can be an awkward and vulnerable body treatment. Oh, and the conversations we have!
