I became an Esthetician nine years ago, after studying Early Childhood Education in Chicago, but found myself increasingly preoccupied and being drawn elsewhere. As it turns out, that because of my love for products and ingredients, I was naturally inclined toward Esthetics, where beauty AND science meet. But my true passion and the reason for my longevity in this industry stems from the day to day interaction with people. I love educating my clients on skincare and hair removal. It is rewarding to provide a positive change and end result for your customer. Hair removal is an exact science and there is instant gratification for you and your client at the end of each treatment.
I moved here two years ago with my boyfriend, Scott, and two dogs Buddy and Darla. We love this area after growing up most of our lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is so nice to be surrounded by trees for a change (read: shade) and we love experiencing all four seasons. There is a progressive, uniqueness to each town/city in this area. Small town warmth and southern charm, while still providing some of the amenities of city life. Scott and I love the food choices and are still working on eating our way through the Triangle area.
I’m so happy to be joining Molly and Arianna at Molly’s Wax Shop. It is such a positive and comfortable environment. And I’m looking forward to building lasting relationships and providing impeccable service for every one of my clients.
